Funny you should ask how you feel when you've just missed out on a great bargain. Actually, that is how I found this site. I work in a small contemporary women's boutique in Connecticut. I had been himming and hawing over this Cynthia Steffe black patent keyhole dress for a couple of days, to my suprise at the end of the day my boss decided to mark the last one down.......50% off, had to have it. Like an idiot I left it out on the floor and said to myself I'd grab it in the morning. Well wouldn't you know, the next morning the dress sold before I could even pick it up off the rack and throw it in the closet. I can still see her picking up the dress and staring at it. Meanwhile, I'm thinking "sweetheart you ain't got a chance at fitting into that", well she did and I practically cried as I swiped the womans credit card, all I was thinking was "please for the love of God can this card decline", this was my last chance. NOPE, it went right through, I packed up the dress and said sianara. So I thought to myself, no problem I'll find it online. I googled the dress.....nothing. Blommies, Nordstrom, Saks, no one had it! So I googled the showroom and sure enough I find "steals and deals" advertising the showrooms sale that I had just missed. Well, I have to tell you, I'll never forget the loss of that dress, but it is reassuring that losing that dress helped me find my fave new website!
