According to my friends at TopButton.com, If you live in the New York City area, you must visit Sephora on the 17th and 18th, and take advantage of free Givenchy Mini Makeovers!
Givenchy's team of makeup artists will demonstrate the new Phenomen'Eyes mascara, give mini-makeovers, hand out free samples, and treat you to a whole new eye look.
